This policy explains the enrollment requirements, class format structure,
cancellation procedures, and refund terms for our language programs.
Please review this information carefully before registering for a course.
Class Format and Enrollment Policy
Our programs are designed based on enrollment size. The final class format
and number of instructional hours are determined by the number of students enrolled.
After registration closes, students will be notified of the confirmed class
format before the course begins.
The program structure is as follows:

1 student enrolled: 7 hours of private (one-on-one) instruction.

2 students enrolled: 11 hours of semi-private instruction.

3 or more students enrolled: full 16 hours of group instruction.
Tuition remains the same regardless of class size because smaller classes
provide additional individual attention, increased speaking opportunities,
and a more personalized learning experience.
If a student does not wish to participate in the confirmed class format,
they may cancel before the first class begins and receive a
100% refund of tuition paid.
Once a student accepts the confirmed class format or attends the first class,
enrollment is considered confirmed and the Refund and Cancellation Policy applies.
Refund and Cancellation Policy
We understand that circumstances may change. This policy provides reasonable
flexibility for students while allowing us to properly schedule instructors,
prepare course materials, and maintain the quality of our programs.
Cancellation Before the Course Begins
Students must submit a written cancellation request.

Cancellations received
7 or more days before the first scheduled class
are eligible for a full refund of tuition paid.

Cancellations received
less than 7 days before the first class
are not eligible for a refund. Students may request to transfer
their tuition to a future course session, subject to availability.
After the Course Begins
Once instruction begins, tuition is non-refundable. Students are responsible
for the full program tuition regardless of attendance, missed classes,
schedule conflicts, or inability to complete the course.
Missed Classes
No refunds, credits, or make-up classes are provided for classes missed by students.
Course Cancellation by the School
If the school cancels a course before it begins, students may choose:

A full refund of tuition paid; or
-
Transfer of tuition to another available course session.
By registering for a course, students acknowledge that they have reviewed
and agreed to these Enrollment, Class Format, and Refund Policies.
